Purchases

Checkout, payment, VAT and file delivery are handled by Polar (Polar Software Inc.), which acts as the merchant of record. Polar is the seller on your receipt and on your card statement, and Polar's terms of sale apply to the purchase itself. The licence to use the files is granted by Vasser AS and is described on the licence page.

Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Vasser AS is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, but is happy to sort things out by email first.
